Can I use you to design site and use my own web host? |

Yes, you can use any web host you like. Once your site is completed, we will just need your login information so that we may upload your site onto a different host. Go to the top of the page.

Can I switch hosting companies? |

Absolutely. All you would have to do is be able to switch over nameservers to the new host and upload the site accordingly. Go to the top of the page.

Are there any hidden costs associated with web design? |

Do I need a database for my website? |
|

This all depends on the amont of information you wish to be displayed on your website. If you have many products or services, then it may be in your best interests to have one constructed for your site, as it will help you keep everything organized. How do I update my site? |

There are many different methods you can use. The method is solely up to you.
If you have a small website consisting of a few pages, and tend not to make frequent updates, then it is probably more cost effective to ask us to make the changes for you. Go to the top of the page.

Do you use any Flash Animation? |
|
| |
Yes. We use Flash when it is required. Please note though, that it isn't wise to use flash to create an entire website or even entire pages in your site as search engines are not able to the content of flash. What if I do not like the design? |

If you do not like the designs (we initially provide with three different samples to choose from), we will head back to the drawing board and discuss with you on what exactly you are looking for. Our aim is to have a design for you that you will be completley happy with. Go to the top of the page.

Can I register a domain name through ConsumerSiteDesign? |

Yes! Domain registration is an important service we offer. We have partnered up with Dotster.com where you can search their database and register. All you need to do is look at the top of the page on the right hand side to see the domain name search engine. Go to the top of the page.

Who owns the website once its completed? |
|
| |
The website is all yours. We send you a copy of the site on cd. This copy is for your records, should you wish to use another web hosting company, simply upload the files from the disk provided. Go to the top of the page.

What format should I send text and graphics for the site? |
|
| |
The ideal formats for text and graphics are as follows.
Text- we recommend the file be created and saved using Microsoft Word (.doc file). This is the easiest to manipulate.
Photos- The best quality will get the best results. With that in mind, please send High DPI (dots per inch - approx. 300-500 dpi) and in either Compuserve GIF or JPEG formats. Go to the top of the page.
